Studied ecology and nature conservation biology at the University of Basel. Master thesis on the importance of soil structure for the foraging behavior of the Common Redstart, supervised by the Swiss Ornithological Institute.

Professional emphases

Monitoring birds, bats and macroinvertebrates, species conservation programmes for mammals and birds, wildlife corridors, supervision of field work, communal nature inventories.
