Studied ecology and nature conservation biology at the University of Basel. Master thesis on the importance of soil structure for the foraging behavior of the Common Redstart, supervised by the Swiss Ornithological Institute.

Bird, bats and macroinvertebrate monitoring, species conservation projects for mammals and birds, supervising field work, communal nature inventories.
