If required, we also moderate workshops and meetings for decision-making. During the realisation of the work, we accompany our clients until the completion of the project or take over tasks for management/control comprehensively.

The aim of the inventory is to make a systematic inventory of the natural objects worthy of protection in the canton of Basel-Stadt. We were asked by the Stadtgärtnerei to take over the project management again.

The cantons of Aargau, Bern and Zurich, under the leadership of the canton of Bern, have submitted an innovation project entitled "Implementation Strategies for EI" to the FOEN for the period 2020 to 2024. This project aims to support the cantons in the implementation of EI planning by providing guidance, best practice examples and decision-making bases. Our work covers the overall coordination in a team with Fridli Marti (Quadra Mollis gmbh) as well as the management of individual sub-projects.

The Thun military training area is probably the most intensively used training area of the Swiss army. Located just outside the city, it is also an important recreational area for the population. A usage regulation governs the permissible uses. These must be adapted to new conditions. On behalf of the project management, we are organising the implementation work (signposting, traffic signalling, structural adjustments for visitor guidance, information event and information flyer).
